Cosy up at home, curl up with a book , have a mug of hot chocolate, lounge around on colourful pillows or watch your favourite film to cheer you up.
And for the evening: wrap yourself up with your favourite scarf, put the gloves on and go for a walk around your house and stop at every house when you see the Christmas decorations. Take a moment. Enjoy that moment when you just feel free to be amazed by the beautiful lights.
