General Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are the terms and conditions which apply to treatments and products of Relax-therapy These rules are for clients and therapist and serve client interests. They are valid from 26th April 2012 until withdrawal. The proprietor of Relax-therapy has the right to amend the terms and conditions.

Cancellations
Cancellation policy of Relax-therapy is 48 hours prior to the treatment. If client cancels booking at least 48 hours before appointment time, will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Less than 48 hrs cancellation means client will lose the money or pre-paid session. No-shows: no more appointments will be given. Late arrival: 15 mins grace time, full price being charged, but session may be shortened.
Refunds
Please note there is no refund available on ad-hoc treatments if client cancels within 48 hours of session starting time.
Refunds on packages: used treatments will be counted on full price and the remaining amount will be refunded minus £15 admin fee unless therapist decides different.
Payments
Payment is by cash, card or bank transfer. Bank transfer must be done 24 hours prior to the treatment.
Health is Wealth Signature package: prepayment only by card or bank transfer.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months including any holidays for both parties, public holidays, charity events, sickness, isolation, hospital stay, strikes, weather conditions. Extension of the expiry date is possible for an additional charge of £15.00/week/person. Limited availability during Valentine's Day Special, Mother's Day Special, Father's Day Special and Christmas period. A fortnightly reminder will be send to the purchaser and/or the receiver.
Availability
There is only one female therapist carrying out the treatment, therefore she is unable to carry out treatment for two persons at the same time. The treatment will be done in sequence, one after the other.
Customer Conduct
Service is available for ladies first and gentlemen by recommendation only. The salon does NOT offer sexual, tantric or nude massage.
New clients please do not call/text about this, existing clients please behave. All sexual themed message/phone call or clients with no respectful behaviour will be reported to the police and action will be taken.
Online Courses & Downloadable Products
Online courses and downloadable products: every purchase happens by your own will. Pre-payment only and as you get immediate access to the product therefore no refund is applicable.
Online Shop & Delivery
Relax-therapy only delivers in the UK and Europe using Royal Mail and Parcel Force service with First Class signed for Tracked option. If your products are damaged you must send a photo proof to bea@relax-therapy.com and explain the situation. After your purchase you will receive your products within 3-5 working days in the UK and within 20 working days in Europe. Refunds available only if the customer can prove the damage.
Politeness
The therapist is also a human being and not a machine. Please be patient, tolerant and co-operative. Please avoid being selfish and obstinate.
Not knowing the rules doesn't exempt you from following them.
These terms and conditions and policy document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
