Package Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you agree to both the Relax-therapy General Terms & Conditions and these specific Health & Wealth Package Terms & Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Relax-therapy Health & Wealth Packages (Refill Monthly, Recharge, Escape & Relax, Refill Gold) and Little Bundle of Joy Packages.

They are designed to protect both clients and the therapist, ensure smooth operation of the packages, and provide clarity on usage, cancellations, and renewals.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to Relax-therapy Health & Wealth Packages and Little Bundle of Joy Packages.

1.2 The Packages provide preventative and therapeutic treatments over defined periods:

Refill Monthly: One treatment per calendar month (may occasionally include two sessions in a month, e.g., during Summer holidays). Minimum six-month subscription.
Recharge: Six 60-minute treatments plus a 15-minute additional treatment over a twelve-week period.
Escape & Relax: Three treatments over a fifteen-week period.
Refill Gold: Six 90-minute treatments or eight 60-minute treatments over a twenty-four-week period.
The Wish: Six 60-minute treatments over a twelve-week period, designed to support conception.
Baby Massage & Reflex Course: Four workshops over four consecutive weeks.

1.3 Packages may only be purchased via the website (www.relax-therapy.com) or in person. All purchases require pre-payment.

2. Commencement, Duration, Grace Period & Exclusions

2.1 By purchasing a package, clients commit to a minimum membership period.

2.2 Clients have a 30-day grace period from the payment date to commence treatments. If the first treatment is not booked within this period, payment is forfeited and non-refundable.

2.3 Clients must attend all allocated appointments within the specified package period. Any missed sessions not rescheduled in line with our policies will be forfeited.

2.4 Package-specific rules:

Refill Monthly: One treatment per calendar month (minimum six months). Occasionally two sessions may occur in one month (e.g., Summer holidays).
Refill Upfront: Three 60-minute treatments over a twelve-week period starting from the date of the first treatment. Any unused treatments after the twelve-week period are forfeited.
Recharge: Six 60-minute treatments plus a 15-minute additional treatment over a twelve-week period starting from the date of the first treatment. Any unused treatments after the twelve-week period are forfeited.
Escape & Relax: Three treatments over a fifteen-week period starting from the first treatment. Any unused treatments after this period are forfeited.
Refill Gold: Six 90-minute treatments or eight 60-minute treatments over a twenty-four-week period starting from the first treatment. Any unused treatments after this period are forfeited.
The Wish: Six 60-minute treatments over a twelve-week period. Any unused treatments after this period are forfeited.
Baby Massage & Reflex Course: Four workshops over four consecutive weeks. Any unused workshops are forfeited.

2.5 Treatment Duration: All package treatments must be taken in their full allocated duration (e.g., 60 minutes or 90 minutes) during a single appointment. Sessions cannot be split or carried over to another day. Any adjustments to session duration must be agreed in advance and are subject to availability, but the package will not extend beyond the original period.

2.6 Clients cannot book further appointments if there is an outstanding balance. All balances must be settled before new bookings are accepted.

2.7 Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations are subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy and may result in lost sessions.

2.8 Exclusions: Packages may be restricted during certain periods of the year (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas). Specific dates are updated on the website.

2.9 Duration Considerations: All package durations include therapist holidays and annual leave, client holidays, public/bank holidays, charity events, sickness, isolation, hospital stays, and authority strikes. Clients cannot request extensions of the package period due to their own holidays or the therapist’s holidays. The therapist always provides sufficient notice so appointments can be booked well in advance. Clients are responsible for attending all treatments within the package period.

3. Renewals and Alterations

3.1 Refill Monthly: Minimum six-month subscription. Following the initial subscription period, the package renews automatically on an ongoing basis. Relax-therapy will not send notifications of renewal unless changes are made to package benefits, pricing, or Terms & Conditions.

3.2 To terminate a subscription after the initial period, 1-month written notice is required.

3.3 Any major alterations to packages (e.g., treatment type or frequency) must be agreed with the therapist and may affect package pricing.

4. Payments

All packages require pre-payment via card or bank transfer.
Packages are non-refundable, except in extreme circumstances (e.g., death or life-changing injury).
Clients must use their allocated treatments within the package period; unused sessions are forfeited if not taken.

5. Booking & Appointment Rules

Clients must book appointments in advance.
Appointments may be lost if missed or cancelled within 48 hours.
Clients are responsible for booking appointments within the package period.
Session Length: Each appointment must be attended for the full session length included in the package. Partial sessions or splitting treatments across multiple days are not permitted, and the remaining time will be forfeited.
Session Extensions & Add-ons: Any request to extend a session beyond the package duration (e.g., a 60-min session extended to 90 mins) is considered an add-on and charged separately at the standard rate per minute. Holiday or peak periods may incur a premium on the add-on price. The extension must be agreed in advance and cannot alter the package period or forfeiture rules.
Waiting times may extend up to 6 weeks depending on availability.

6. General Rules & Client Conduct

All clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
Packages are for preventative and therapeutic purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Clients must disclose relevant health conditions before treatments.
The therapist reserves the right to modify or refuse treatment if required for safety reasons.

7. Promotional & Seasonal Exclusions

Packages may not be used during promotional periods (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc.) unless stated.
Promotions cannot be combined with existing packages unless explicitly noted.
