To get your body ready for the endless eating and food lets walk an extra mile this weekend.
One mile is approx. 1.6 kilometres and about 2000 steps. Could you get off the bus a stop or two earlier, park the cark further away, add in an after-lunch walk, take your phone calls while pacing around or resolve to always walk up the stairs?
And if you like it keep it up! Small changes really do add up over time.
