When you are bored, you eat, when you are stressed you eat, when you have no clue what to cook you are stressed. Funny business the human mind eh? Look at the wild life: they eat to keep themselves alive. No snacking between two meals.
Since last year me and my husband sit down every Friday night and make a menu for the next week. This way we never stress about the horrid question: What should we eat tonight?
