A little help again

At my Facebook Group TLCh on Fridays is NutriFriday when we share tips, recipes for healthy eating.


So today I share one of the recipe we cook at the Winter.


It is very easy and I hope you will try it.

Don't forget to soak the split pea for at least 8-12 hours ( it takes less cooking time and you wont be bloated either ;))
