When we are busy we often rush from one thing to the next and forget to stop and appreciate our surroundings. And that's really the easiest mindfulness exercise you can do.
Take in the nature around you, appreciate your colleagues, observe your family from distance or admire the night sky.
Whatever you do stop for a moment and admire it.
